J’Covan Brown: Quote on NBA Decision

J’Covan Brown decided to forgo his senior season. The University of Texas coaching staff and players will miss him more than they realize at the Erwin Center next year. He always gave everything he had on the court. Here is a quotation from J’Covan of the Texas Longhorns, on his decision why he will enter the NBA Draft:
QUOTE:
“I want to thank the fans and everyone at the University of Texas for their support over the last three years. I’m not sure anyone really knows how much I love UT. It was always my dream to be a Longhorn, and I have lived that dream and become a better person. There were a lot of reasons to come back to school next year, most importantly getting my degree and being around my teammates every day. But the time has come for me to pursue a career in professional basketball and take care of my daughter, Jordyn.”
